＜独首相＞麻生首相発言に不快感　「追加的な財政出動慎重」　（毎日新聞 4月2日11時38分配信）

　【ボン小谷守彦】金融サミットを控えた麻生太郎首相が１日付英紙フィナンシャル・タイムズとの会見で、追加的な財政出動に慎重なドイツを批判したことについて、メルケル独首相は同日、「我々の見解ではドイツは多大な貢献をしている。（現在進めていることがらを）性急に進めようとするのは、本当に無意味なことだ」と不快感をあらわにした。

　【ロンドン＝藤沢志穂子】１日付の英フィナンシャル・タイムズ（ＦＴ）のインタビューで麻生太郎首相が、追加の景気刺激策に消極的とされるドイツを、名指しで「批判」したことが波紋を呼んでいる。
　インタビューは第２回主要２０カ国・地域（Ｇ２０）金融サミットでの訪英直前に東京で行われたもの。同紙によると、麻生首相は景気刺激策の需要性について「理解している国とそうでない国がある。ドイツがそれに当たる」などと発言、わざわざＧ２０の亀裂を表面化させたとしている。
　追加の財政出動では、米国が国内総生産（ＧＤＰ）比２％規模の数値目標を設けることを主張しているが、財政の悪化や通貨の信認低下に対する懸念から、ドイツをはじめ欧州が反発していた。
　発言の真意について外務省幹部は「バブル崩壊後の日本の経験を踏まえ、景気刺激策の重要性を欧州にも理解してほしい、という発言。ドイツを批判しているわけではない」と釈明。ただ今回のサミットは、各国の温度差をいかに取りまとめるかが焦点だけに、取り組みに水を差すことにもなりかねない。

どう読んでも、先にドイツが日本のやり方に「警告」を出して、
その「警告」を麻生総理が「退けた」というふうにしか読めないんですけど。
どうして麻生総理がいきなり喧嘩を売ったみたいな話になっているのかわからない…


ちなみに、後者の記事では日本の盟友・インドのシン首相のコメントも載ってました。

In a separate FT interview, Manmohan Singh, Indian premier, tried to moderate expectations about what the G20 meeting could achieve, saying many issues confronting world leaders concerned the redistribution of power and could not be quickly solved. "If you are talking about global reform, it requires a lot more work," he said.

Mr Singh voiced support for a group of experts, possibly outside the International Monetary Fund, to assess efforts made by big nations to revive their economies. To avoid worsening the damage to emerging markets, he said major economies had a responsibility to help "clean up" the banking system's balance sheets and encourage the resumption of credit flows.

Mr Singh warned against financial protectionism, saying that the withdrawal of capital resources from developing countries by big banking institutions was "worrisome".

"The phenomenon of industrialised countries pressurising their banks to give preference to lending at home does present a problem," he said.

全くもって正論ですね。
G20が開催されるからって、いきなり全ての問題が解決すると思ってるメディアは頭大丈夫ですか？
それに、経済大国は率先して銀行のバランスシートを片付ける責任がある、という点も、
途上国への投資をいきなり引き揚げるのが心配だという点も、
至極尤もなご指摘。
こういう国と仲良くしなくてどうするんだよ、ホント。
